The following candidates were placed on vigil for the Order of the Golden Chain, Knight
Bachelor, to be knighted at a later date:
Alexandra notte Clare
Reinhard Siebert

My commentary: By my count, this is 25 knighthoods being bestowed on 17 candidates. This is the result of our first cohort of members putting on our third canton event. I don’t ever expect to see these kinds of numbers at a single event again, unless we get a similar influx of new members at about the same time, who then work through the process to be knighted at about the same rate.

This also marks what I believe are the first three “triple knights”, Alun ap Gwyllem, Thorgrim Haukarson, and myself, who have each been granted the rank of Knight Bachelor in all three orders of knighthood.

I am happy to say that at this rate, I expect to see our first knights banneret being made by the end of this calendar year.

This is an important sign of the growth of our new society.

– Sir Galen of Bristol, Bordure King of Arms
