The Board met in its monthly meeting on December 19th, and wishes to make the following announcements following that meeting.
The Borough of Dracan Leodmerch was approved as the newest official branch of the Society.
The Board approved an amendment to the Corporate Policies of the Society of the Middle Ages, creating a new office, the Vice President of Marketing. Board Member Susan Newbold was appointed to this office.
The application of Chris Miller to the Board was approved. He will join the Board at our January meeting.
The Board voted to ratify the relief of Hilda Cain from her position at Interim Society Seneschal, and the appointment of Laura Olson to that position. The Board then voted to appoint Laura Olson to a full term as Society Seneschal/Vice President of Operations.
Finally the Board voted to abolish the position of Communications Director.
